All's well that ends well, right?

I'd like to start this post by saying, "Yippee!"

I heard from Dr. Rutledge of Wellsphere, and he kindly agreed to remove both my content and feed, and to discontinue my association with Wellsphere. According to the comment he left on my last post, I'm to infer that I (and a whole lot of other bloggers) just have it all completely wrong (HAH). Perhaps the agreement was changed? Ah, well. This concerns me no longer.
I appreciate that this was handled swiftly and professionally, and that there was no need to resort to any of the horrible tactics of which I had read.

Moving on with life.....

I just signed up with these guys about a week ago, believing the solicitation email about me retaining ownership of my content, etc. Then I got an email from a fellow blogger yesterday telling me this is a scam. I got tons of hit on Google and when I read the "fine print" in their T&C's that was enough to bail. To their credit, I got a note within 30 minutes from Dr. Geoff R. saying all my content would be removed. So I hope this is the end of it. Seems really like a sleazy way to gather content on one's web site, eh? Thanks for your posts. Art

Art - Thanks for stopping by to let me know! Hopefully we can all spread the word and continue to save other bloggers from the same problems. Glad it was taken care of swiftly,
